1General Terms

Ace365 co is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and internationally. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ace365 co and its users.

2Account Registration

• Failure to comply with age verification may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor is a punishable offence.
• If age fraud is proven, all winnings will be forfeited.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Financial transactions on ace365 co can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x–30x) must be fulfilled.
• Every bonus has an expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Withdrawals of winnings obtained through bonuses may be subject to a maximum limit.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace365 co platform and may result in penalties:

• Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Using ace365 co for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Stealing or using another member's account credentials.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards ace365 co staff.
• Running multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Ace365 co may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Before closing an account, ace365 co will notify the member by email. However, in cases of fraud or security threats, the account may be closed immediately. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account will be refunded.

9Responsible Gaming

Ace365 co believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — not addiction. That's why we are firmly committed to responsible gaming:

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Accounts can be locked for 24 hours, 1 week, or permanently, depending on your needs.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator.
• In all disputes, ace365 co's system logs and records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

12Policy on Changes to Terms

Ace365 co reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified by email before any significant changes take effect.
• The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you object to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
